Shipping Policy

We ship live fish using overnight services to minimize transit time and stress. We offer 2-day shipping to customers interested. All shipments are packed with insulated materials and oxygenated water to maintain optimal conditions. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We offer 3 different shipping rates. You will find these options at check-out:​
- 2-day shipping - this does not include a DOA guarantee.
- Overnight shipping - this includes the DOA guarantee.
- Shipping for dry goods only. Any orders placed with this option that includes fish will be canceled. If you are placing an order with fish and food, please choose the option for overnight shipping or 2-day shipping and we will package your fish and food together.

Fish orders placed above $250 will receive free shipping.

We monitor weather conditions and may delay shipments during extreme heat, cold, or storms. Heat packs or cold packs are included as needed, based on destination climate.
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Pictures on our website are only a representation of our fish. You will not receive the exact fish shown in the pictures. Coloration varies depending on your lighting, parameters, and tank setup.
While we do our best to put the accurate sizes of our fish, all sizes are approximate.
We do not guarantee the sex of any fish, unless specifically stated.
We currently only ship within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
Some species may be restricted in certain states or regions. It is your responsibility to know your local regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate shipping laws or pose a risk to the animals.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with the effective date.
