Live Arrival Guarantee

At Leask Aquatics, we strive to provide healthy, vibrant aquarium fish and quality products. Due to the nature of live animals, our refund policy includes specific conditions to ensure fairness and clarity.

We offer refunds or replacements for Dead on Arrival (DOA) fish under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 1 hour of delivery.

  • Claims must include clear, time-stamped photos of the unopened bag showing the deceased fish.

  • You must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the fish only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important: We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Delivery was missed or delayed due to incorrect address or absence.

  • Fish were not acclimated properly.

  • Your tank conditions were unsuitable.

Leask Aquatics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Leask Aquatics is not responsible for DOA's due to carrier delay. 

In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement fish instead of a refund. Availability of replacement fish depends on current stock and seasonal conditions.
